Payment and Cancellation Terms and Conditions:
NOTE: The initial pricing is based on a minimum of 15 participants. If the group reaches 21 or more participants, we will notify you that the pricing has been adjusted accordingly.
Deposits:
Deposit of $1,000 per person double occupancy ($1200 for single) secures your place on the trip. Please make your check out to Insights in Travel, LLC and mail it, plus this form and a copy of your passport to: 4152 54th Ave NE, Hickory, NC 28601.
Second payment of $2,000 is due by check on Monday, Nov. 10, 2025.
Final payment is due by Wednesday, January 14, 2026. Final may be paid by credit card.

15-20 tour participants : $6,150 pp double occupancy / $8,830 single occupancy
21-34 tour participants : $5,650 pp double occupancy / $8,300 single occupancy
Per Person Pricing in BA (balcony) staterooms (not including flights)
15-20 tour participants : $6,500 pp double occupancy / $9,540 single occupancy
21-34 tour participants : $6,050 pp double occupancy / $9,100 single occupancy
Per Person Pricing in SJB (Jr. Suite balcony) staterooms (not including flights)
15-20 tour participants : $6,830 pp double occupancy / $10,220 single occupancy
21-34 tour participants : $6,350 pp double occupancy / $9,700 single occupancy

Cancellation Policy**:
Deposit may be refunded until Monday, August 25, 2025.
After August 25, all payments become non-refundable upon receipt.
**These fees may be covered by travel insurance if you must cancel for a covered reason. Travel insurance will be purchased after the second payment has been received and does NOT include the cost of your flights.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is ALREADY INCLUDED in the tour cost for unforeseen accidents, illness and other emergency situations. Pre-existing conditions coverage for the traveler or family member of the traveler is included. However, this insurance does NOT include "cancel for any reason." Coverage of cancellation costs is for specified emergencies as explained in the insurance contract and will be decided by the insurance company. Cost of flights in not included in the travel insurance.
