Pricing and Terms:
NOTE: This trip is priced based on a minimum of 20 travelers. If the group does not reach 20, the price will either have to be adjusted or the trip may be canceled altogether.
Deposits:
Deposit of $400 per person is due by Friday, December 7, 2018. However, the trip has a limited number of spaces available. Once we have filled those spaces, we will begin a waiting list in case of cancellations. It is highly recommended that you deposit as soon as possible to reserve your spot. Please make your check out to Insights in Travel, LLC. You may mail the checks and your tour participant form to 4152 54th Avenue NE, Hickory, NC 28601.
Final payment is due by Friday, March 1, 2019. Final payments by check are made out to Insights in Travel, LLC. Final payments by credit card are also welcome, but will incur a 3% surcharge from our tour operator, EDI Travel.
Total cost: $5,035.00 per person, including air, hotels, air-conditioned motor coach, fully guided tours every day, all meals (except lunch on the final day in Jerusalem), taxes, gratuities to driver and guide, and travel insurance.
Single Supplement: Total cost for a single room is $6,000.00 per person.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel through Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018, with no penalties. (Deposits made after December 7 carry the below penalties.)
From Friday, December 7, 2018 - Thursday, February 28, 2019: $400 cancellation fee.
From Friday, March 1, 2019 and on: full payment is forfeited.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is ALREADY INCLUDED in the tour cost for unforeseen accidents, illness and other emergency situations. Pre-existing conditions coverage for the traveler or family member of the traveler is included. However, this insurance does NOT include "cancel for any reason." Coverage of cancellation costs is for specified emergencies as explained in the insurance contract and will be decided by the insurance company.
Costs of the travel insurance and deposit ($400) are non-refundable after Friday, December 7, 2018. Travel insurance is provided by Travel Guard, AIG. Extra Costs:
Drinks other than coffee, tea, juice, soda at lunch and bottled water.
