Pricing and Terms:
NOTE: This trip is priced based on a minimum of 40 travelers. If the group does not reach 40, the price will have to be adjusted.
Deposits:
Deposit of $500 per person is due immediately to hold your spot. There is a limited number of spaces available. Once we have filled those spaces, we will begin a waiting list in case of cancellations. It is highly recommended that you deposit as soon as possible to reserve your spot. Please make your check out toInsights in Travel, LLC. You may mail the check, your tour participant form and a copy of your passport photo page to 4152 54th Avenue NE, Hickory, NC 28601.
Second payment of $1,000 pp is due by Monday, February 24th, 2020. Payments by check are made out to Insights in Travel, LLC.
Final payment is due by Monday, June 1st, 2020. Final payments by check are made out to Insights in Travel, LLC. Final payments by Visa and Mastercard are also allowed, but will incur a 3.5% surcharge by EDI-Travel.
Total cost: $4,030.00 per person, including flights, hotels, air-conditioned motor coach, fully guided tours every day, all meals, taxes, border charges & visas, gratuities to driver and guide, and travel insurance. If you prefer to book your own flights, the land cost is $3,170.00 (plus your independent transfer costs and adjustments to insurance depending on flight/transfer cost).
Single Supplement: Total cost for a single room is $5,080.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel through Monday, January 6, 2020, with no penalties. (Deposits made after Jan 6 carry the below penalties.)
From Tuesday, January 7, 2020 - Sunday, February 23, 2020, $500 cancellation fee.
From Monday, February 24, 2020 and on, all payments submitted are forfeited.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is ALREADY INCLUDED in the tour cost for unforeseen accidents, illness and other emergency situations. Pre-existing conditions coverage for the traveler or family member of the traveler is included. However, this insurance does NOT include "cancel for any reason." Coverage of cancellation costs is for specified emergencies as explained in the insurance contract and will be decided by the insurance company.
Costs of the travel insurance and deposit ($500 total) are non-refundable after Monday, January 6th. Travel insurance is provided by Travel Guard, AIG. Please scroll to the bottom of this page to view the insurance plan or click here to download a copy.
Extra Costs:
Transfers if purchasing your own flights (& increased travel insurance cost)
Drinks other than coffee, tea, juice, soda at lunch and bottled water in Israel
Drinks at meals and bottled water while in Jordan
